Case Management services will occur in partnership between adults, adolescents, children, families and other helping professionals. These services will include accessing, linking, coordinating, and monitoring services from myriad systems including, but not limited to: mental health, physical health, social, education, entitlements, and vocational rehabilitation.

Mettle works will use Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs to enhance an individual’s community and independent skills through skill building intervention activities. Mettle works PRP services involve behavioral management, improvised social and daily living skills, and employment integration.

Equips participants with the tools necessary to accomplish their life goals based on the principles of the * Dimensions of Wellness; Occupational, Intellectual, Social, Financial, Spiritual, Environmental, Physical, and Emotional Health.

Outpatient Treatment Program service consists of a series of time-limited, structured, face-to-face therapy sessions such that the persons served will achieve the goals identified in their treatment plans.

In play therapy, toys are like the child’s words and play is the child’s language. Through play, our therapists help children learn more adaptive behaviors when there are emotional or social skills deficits. Play therapy is used to promote cognitive development and provide insight about and resolution of inner conflicts or dysfunctional thinking in the child.

The Reentry Navigator provides our justice-involved population an opportunity to be paired with a mentor who will help them identify and work towards life goals, navigate through the barriers they will face returning to the community after being incarcerated, and develop pro-social interpersonal and community relationships

Supportive Housing (SH) Provides transitional housing, behavioral health care, and intensive case management for Returning Citizens with the goal of transitioning to Permanent Supportive Housing

The Supported Employment Program provides individualized client centered services to assist persons with behavioral health and alcohol or other drug diagnosis to obtain and maintain competitive employment by emphasizing client choice, rapid job finding, competitive employment and follow-along support.

Mettle-Works offers transportation to clients who are participating in our Life Success Academy
