Quinten Carter is a Director of Community Engagement based in Prince Georges County. With 8 years of experience in the Behavioral Mental Health, Quinten specializes in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Restorative Family Treatment models. Quinten is passionate about assisting families become stronger while implementing prosocial values in addition to assisting those with mental health diagnosis cope and strive in the community. Quinten's goal is to improve public health and improve household wellness. Outside of work, Quinten enjoys working on cars and spending time with wife and family.
